The following products will replace the above products:

Final orders for CM41-S products must be received by February 1st, 2025.

End-of-Support date for this product will be February 1st, 2035.

What does this mean?

As of February 1st, 2025, we will no longer sell CM41-S SKUs. However, we will continue to provide support for the product through our 10-year warranty period.

Can customers return the CM41-S that they have purchased?

Customers may return the CM41-S within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if a CM41-S under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace RMA units with a CM41-S if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the second generation model, the CM41-S.
