End-of-Support date for this product will be January 30, 2032.

Final orders for CD61/CD61-E products were September 30, 2021.

End-of-Support date for this product will be September 30, 2031.

FAQ

What does this mean?

As of January 30, 2022, we no longer sell CD51/CD51-E and CD61/CD61-E SKUs. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

Can customers return CD51/CD51-E and CD61/CD61-E products that they purchased?

Customers may return CD51/CD51-E and CD61/CD61-E products within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if a CD51/CD51-E or CD61/CD61-E under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace return merchandise authorization (RMA) units with a CD51/CD51-E or CD61/CD61-E, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the second generation model, the CD52/CD52-E or CD62/CD62-E, respectively.
