### What does this mean?

As of January 30, 2022, we no longer sell [CD51](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-cd51-datasheet.pdf)/[CD51-E](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-cd51-e-quick-start-guide.pdf) and [CD61](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-cd61-datasheet.pdf)/CD61-E SKUs. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

### Can customers return CD51/CD51-E and CD61/CD61-E products that they purchased?

Customers may return CD51/CD51-E and CD61/CD61-E products *within 30 days of purchase*.

### What happens if a CD51/CD51-E or CD61/CD61-E under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace return merchandise authorization (RMA) units with a CD51/CD51-E or CD61/CD61-E, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the second generation model, the CD52/CD52-E or CD62/CD62-E, respectively.
