Verkada is announcing the end of sale for the following products in the United States and Canada:

Final orders for the BR31 and BR32 must be received by March 15th, 2026. These products will remain orderable outside of the US and Canada.

FAQ

What does this mean?

As of March 15, 2025, we will no longer sell the BR31 and BR32 SKUs in the US and Canada. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

Can customers return BR31s and BR32s that they have purchased?

Customers may return the BR31 and BR32 within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if a BR31 or BR32 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace RMA units with the same model if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the next generation QC11 or QM11, respectively.
