### What does this mean?

As of May 20, 2023, we will no longer sell [CB51/CB61](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-bullet-series-quick-start-guide.pdf) SKUs. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

### Can customers return CB51/CB61 products that they purchased?

Customers may return [CB51/CB61](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-bullet-series-quick-start-guide.pdf) products *within 30 days of purchase*.

### What happens if a CB51/CB61 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace remote merchandise authorization (RMA) units with a CB51 or CB61, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the second generation model, the CB52 or CB62.
