### What does this mean?

As of May 1, 2020, we no longer sell D50 SKUs. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

### Can customers return D50s they have purchased?

Customers may return D50s *within 30 days of purchase*.

### What happens if a D50 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace return merchandise authorization (RMA) units with D50s if available; otherwise, we will replace them with the CD51-E or another equivalent model.
