### **What does this mean?**

As of February 1, 2026, we will no longer sell CH52-E SKUs. However, we will continue to provide support for the product through our 10-year warranty period.

### **Can customers return CH52-E cameras and mounts that they purchased?**

Customers can return CH52-E cameras *within 30 days of purchase*.

### **What happens if a CH52-E under warranty needs to be replaced?**

We will replace RMA units with the same model, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the next most similar camera.
