Verkada is announcing the end-of-sale for the following products:

The following products will replace the above products:

End-of-Support date for these products is **August 31, 2033**. Final orders for **CM41 cameras, ACC-MNT-5,** and **ACC-MNT-6 mounts** must be received by August 31, 2023.

### What does this mean?

As of August 31, 2023, we will no longer sell CM41, ACC-MNT-5, and ACC-MNT-6 SKUs. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

### Can customers return CM41 cameras and mounts that they purchased?

Customers can return CM41 cameras *within 30 days of purchase*.

### What happens if a CM41 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace RMA units with a CM41, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with a CM42.
