End-of-Support date for these products is August 31, 2033. Final orders for CM41 cameras, ACC-MNT-5, and ACC-MNT-6 mounts must be received by August 31, 2023.

What does this mean?

As of August 31, 2023, we will no longer sell CM41, ACC-MNT-5, and ACC-MNT-6 SKUs. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

Can customers return CM41 cameras and mounts that they purchased?

Customers can return CM41 cameras within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if a CM41 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace RMA units with a CM41, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with a CM42.
