### What does this mean?

As of February 9, 2025, we will no longer sell the ACCX-TBL-1, 9th Gen iPad. All existing open orders for the ACCX-TBL-1 will be fulfilled with ACCX-TBl-2. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

### Can customers return any ACCX-TBL-1 that they purchased?

Customers may return ACCX-TBL-1 *within 30 days of purchase*.

### What happens if a ACCX-TBL-1 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace ACCX-TBL-1 units with an ACCX-TBL-2 unit if ACCX-TBL-1s are no longer available.
