Final orders for **CD41/CD41-E products** must be received by February 25th, 2022.

End-of-Support date for this product will be February 25th, 2032.

## FAQ

### What does this mean?

As of February 25, 2022, we will no longer sell CD41/CD41-E SKUs. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

### Can customers return CD41/CD41-E’s that they have purchased?

Customers may return CD41/CD41-E’s *within 30 days of purchase*.

### What happens if a CD41/CD41-E under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace RMA units with a CD41/CD41-E if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the second generation model, the CD42/CD42-E.
