## FAQ

### What does this mean?

As of June 30, 2022, we will no longer sell D30 or CM61 SKUs. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

### Can customers return D30 or CM61 cameras that they purchased?

Customers may return D30 or CM61 cameras *within 30 days of purchase*.

### What happens if a D30 or CM61 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace return merchandise authorization (RMA) units with a D30 or CM61 if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with a comparable newer model.
