Final orders for D30 and CM61 products must be received by June 30, 2022.

End-of-Support date for this product will be June 30, 2032.

FAQ

What does this mean?

As of June 30, 2022, we will no longer sell D30 or CM61 SKUs. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

Can customers return D30 or CM61 cameras that they purchased?

Customers may return D30 or CM61 cameras within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if a D30 or CM61 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace return merchandise authorization (RMA) units with a D30 or CM61 if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with a comparable newer model.
