## FAQ

### What does this mean?

As of January 31, 2022, we no longer sell [D40](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-d40-datasheet.pdf) or [D80](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-d80-datasheet.pdf) SKUs. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

### Can customers return D40’s or D80’s that they purchased?

Customers may return D40’s and D80’s *within 30 days of purchase*.

### What happens if a D40 or D80 under warranty needs **to be replaced?**

We will replace return merchandise authorization (RMA) units with a D40 or D80 if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with a comparable model, the CM41 or CF81, respectively.
