### What does this mean?

As of February 1st, 2025, we will no longer sell CM41-S SKUs. However, we will continue to provide support for the product through our 10-year warranty period.

### Can customers return the CM41-S that they have purchased?

Customers may return the CM41-S *within 30 days of purchase*.

### What happens if a CM41-S under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace RMA units with a CM41-S if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the second generation model, the CM41-S.
