Final orders for **TD52 products** must be received by February 1st, 2025. End-of-Support date for this product will be February 1st, 2035.

### What does this mean?

As of February 1st 2025, we will no longer sell TD52 SKUs. We will continue to provide support for the product through our 10 year warranty period.

### Can customers return the TD52 products that they have purchased?

Customers may return the TD52 and related accessories within ***30 days of purchase.***

### What happens if a TD52 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace RMA units with a TD52 if available. Otherwise we will replace them with the second generation TD53.
