Verkada is announcing the upcoming end-of-sale of the [AD32 Door Reader](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/door-reader-ad32-datasheet.pdf), to be replaced by the [AD33 Door Reader](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/door-reader-ad33-datasheet.pdf).

## FAQ

### What does this mean?

As of May 5, 2023, we will no longer sell the AD32 Door Reader for net new installations. All existing open orders for the AD32 will be fulfilled with AD33. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

### Can customers return any AD32 that they purchased?

Customers may return AD32 *within 30 days of purchase*.

### What happens if a AD32 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace AD32 units with an AD33 unit if AD32s are no longer available.
