What does this mean?
Starting Feb 7, 2025, we will no longer sell the above SKUs in the US. We will continue to provide support for classic Alarms and allow existing customers to renew their classic Alarms licenses.
Can customers return any of the above products that they purchased?
Customers may return within 30 days of purchase.
What happens if a unit under warranty needs to be replaced?
Verkada will honor the 10-year warranty on Alarms hardware. We will replace the unit with an equivalent new Alarms product if the original device is no longer in stock. If needed, we will help customers transition their site to new Alarms and provide any other necessary hardware free of charge.
What about rest-of-world?
Since new Alarms is not available outside of the US yet, all classic Alarms SKUs will continue to be available for purchase outside of the US, based on inventory availability.
