What does this mean?

As of August 1, 2025, we will no longer sell CF81-E SKUs. However, we will continue to provide support for the product through our 10-year warranty period.

Can customers return CF81-E cameras and mounts that they purchased?

Customers can return CF81-E cameras within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if a CF81-E under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace RMA units with the same model, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the next most similar camera.
