End-of-Support date for these products is May 1, 2035. Final orders for CD62 cameras must be received by April 30, 2025.

What does this mean?

As of May 1, 2025, we will no longer sell CD62 SKUs. However, we will continue to provide support for the product through our 10-year warranty period.

Can customers return CD62 cameras and mounts that they purchased?

Customers can return CD62 cameras within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if a CD62 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace RMA units with a CD62, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with the next most similar camera.
