Verkada is announcing the end-of-sale of the BC51 Alarm Console, to be replaced by the BC82 Alarm Console.

• Final orders for BC51 must be received by August 31, 2023.

• End-of-Support date for this product will be August 31, 2033.

FAQ

What does this mean?

As of September 1, 2023, we will no longer sell the BC51 Alarm Console for net new installations. All existing orders for the BC51 will be fulfilled. Verkada typically provides support for a given product for a period of ten (10) years after the end-of-sale date.

Can customers return a BC51 that they have purchased?

Customers may return BC51 within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if a BC51 under warranty needs to be replaced?

We will replace BC51 units with a BC82 unit if BC51’s are no longer available.
