Guest Documents
A range of documents can be incorporated into the check-in process with Verkada Guest. Documents include Questionnaires, Videos, PDFs, and custom text documents that require a signature.
You need Org Admin permissions to manage global Guest documents.
Create a document for a specific site
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Workplace > Guest.
On the left navigation, click Guest Settings.
Under Organization > Documents click Manage Documents.
In the top right, click Add Document.
a. Select Add Global Document to create a Guest type for all sites. b. Select Add Site Document and select a site to create a guest type for an individual site.

Select the type of document you want to create.
a. Enter a unique name. b. Click Save and Continue. c. Customize the document as needed.
If you support multiple languages and see an exclamation mark next to a document, this means it has not been translated. See Manage Multiple Languages for Guest for more information.
