Manage Student Lists

Review lists of students and associated guardians directly in Workplace.

Verkada Guest offers multiple secure methods for districts to share student and guardian data. Admins can view and manage student and guardian lists by school directly within Guest.

Student Lists are imported through school integrations. See the School Integrations section for more information.

Manage Student Lists

In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Workplace > Guest.

On the left navigation, click Guest Settings.

At the top, select Sites > your site.

Under Student List, click Manage Student List.

Select a student to view all associated guardians and their details.

For organizations that manage student lists with CSVs, you can replace a list by selecting Replace with CSV in the top right.
