Add your Cellular Gateway to your Verkada Command organization
You need to add your gateway to Command before you can access data and manage settings.
You must create a Verkada Command accountarrow-up-right and log in with Org Adminarrow-up-right permissions to activate and configure a gateway.
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Devices.
On Devices, at the top right, click Add Devices.
Enter or scan the gateway’s serial number.
Once added, you can find the device in the Unassigned Devices site.
Select your gateway.
Under General, enter:
a. Enter a unique name. b. Select a site. c. Enter a location.
Click Apply.
Open the Command mobile app and log in to your organization.
In the top left, click Add Device.
a. Scan the QR code or enter the serial number. b. Click Add Devices.
Click Set Up Gateway.
Under General:
Click Done.
