Manage Your Admin Page Settings
Manage the settings in your Verkada Command organization
The Verkada Command Admin page allows you to easily access everything you need to manage your Command organization.
Only Org Admins see all settings under the Admin page.

General
View and manage key organization contacts, partner access, and organization deletion.
Manage users, groups, external contacts, and customize roles.
View, claim, and purchase Command licenses, manage trials, and view all license transactions.
Enable, disable, or permanently remove select features from your organization for compliance, security, and/or privacy purposes.
Login & Access
Manage your organization’s Login & Access settings such as Enterprise Controller Encryption (ECE), Single Sign On (SSO), SCIM Configuration, Org-wide two factor authentication, and User Session Management settings.
Security & Logs
Access audit logs, manage Alerts and live links, and review the Security & Privacy Checklist.
View public disclosures, data you’ve chosen to share with Verkada, and data residency settings.
Manage your organization’s API keys, integrations (Slack, Teams, etc), Webhooks, and view a list of all supported integrations.
My Account
Manage your personal information, password, login settings, two-factor authentication options, and view other settings such as your active sessions.

What You Can Do
See the 24/7 available methods to contact Verkada Support.
Temporarily allow Verkada Support to access your Command account and Verkada devices accessible by your account for troubleshooting purposes. You can revoke this access at any time.
Access Token (if Support Access is Enabled)
When Verkada Support begins to use your access token, we will notify the designated Support Access Communication Recipients in the Organization Details section of Admin. If there is no custom designation of recipients, we will notify all Org Admins in your org.
Support Cases
View details of open and closed support cases (chat only) for your org in the last 3 months.
