Allow Verkada Support temporary access to your account

Verkada Support may request access to your Verkada Command account to assist with troubleshooting.

3

Select Enable Support Access.

Access duration

The support access duration is set to auto-expire after 24 hours by default. Admins have the option to extend access for up to 90 days.
