Locate Customer ID

Locate your customer ID to share with Verkada representatives

Before you contact Verkada, you need your Customer ID ready to share with your representative. Your Customer ID is "C", followed by 8 digits; for example: C-XXXX-XXXX.

Log in to your Verkada Command account.

At the bottom left, select your organization name.

Your Customer ID will be displayed at the top of the page.

Log in to your Verkada Command account.

At the bottom left, click the Help (?) icon > Contact Us.

Your Customer ID will be displayed at the top of the pop-up that appears.

Admin page

In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Admin.

In the left navigation, click Support.

Your Customer ID will be displayed at the top of the page.
