# Intercomの役割と権限

* **サイトレベルのロール** は、ユーザーまたはグループがサイト内のデバイスに持つアクセス権を決定します。
* **権限** は、ロールを使用して設定されます。ロールは、ユーザーとグループがオーガナイゼーション'およびそのサイト内のデバイスと設定に対して持つアクセスレベルを定義します。

### 権限に関する考慮事項

* サブサイトは、最上位の親サイトを含むすべての親サイトから権限を継承します。
* ユーザーは複数のグループに所属できます。ロールが競合する場合、ユーザーには **最上位のロール** が、直接または任意のグループを通じて付与されます。
* グループに割り当てられたロールは、手動で昇格できますが、降格はできません。アクセスを降格するには、より高いロールを持つグループからユーザーを削除してください。

## サイトレベルのロール

Verkada Intercom の権限は、通話を受け取れる人、インターホンの動画を閲覧できる人、インターホンのドアを解錠できる人を決定します。Intercom の権限は、サイトレベルの権限と、受信者として設定されているかどうかによって決まります。

Verkada Intercom の受信者には、基本の受信者権限があります。サイトに対するユーザーの Intercom 権限は、基本権限とサイトレベルのロールに基づきます。

Desk Station や Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) 電話などの受信者は、Verkada Command のユーザーに関連付けられていません。つまり、これらの受信者にはサイトレベルの権限を付与できません。

* 動画付きで通話を受信する。

### Verkada Pass 通話を受信できるユーザーの資格を確認する

* ユーザーは **以前にログインした** Verkada Pass では **モバイル: Pass アプリ**.

## 権限を設定する

既存のユーザーとグループのサイト権限は、ユーザーロール、グループ、またはサイトを管理することで設定できます。

Command のサイトロールは、サイトおよびそのサブサイト内のカメラ、表示ステーション、空気質センサー、インターホン、ゲートウェイ、Command Connector へのさまざまなレベルのアクセスを付与します。
