Unique Phone Number for Intercoms (U.S Only)

Assign your Intercom a unique phone number with an area code matching the installation location.

Enabling this feature requires additional licenses outside the base-level Intercom license. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

You can enter a unique phone number for intercoms to call from that is unique to the device. The phone number will be based on the intercom's address.


Configuration

  1. In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Intercom.

  2. Select your intercom.

  3. At the top, select Settings.

  4. Under Call, toggle on Unique Phone Number.

  5. Open your Intercom's settings and go to Device Settings > Call.

  6. Toggle on Unique phone number.

    1. Fill out the Contact Information form.

    2. Click Save.

      Note: Emergency services may use this address if e911 is enabled.

  7. Copy your intercom’s phone number and save it to your contacts for easy access.

  8. Confirm the assigned phone number appears correctly under Device Settings > Call > Intercom Phone Number.
