Learn to use grids to enable live video monitoring in Verkada Command

Updated over 3 months ago

The Verkada Grids feature helps you monitor multiple camera feeds in real time. You can add up to 12 camera feeds per page for live video monitoring.

We recommend the use of custom grids because the default All Cameras Grid cannot be modified.

Grids are created on a per-user basis and can be shared with other members of your organization as a public grid.

  3. At the top right, click New Grid.

    1. At the top left, enter a unique name for your grid.

    2. Under Manage Tiles, select the cameras you want to add to the grid.

    3. As you select camera they will appear on your grid. You can drag the cameras around to change the order in which they will be displayed.

  4. Click Done to save all changes.

Manage grids

Grids are organized based on ownership, from the grids dropdown, the grids you created and can manage will be under My Grids. Grids shared with you that were created by others will be under Created by Others.

Users can only manage the grids they created.
