Camera Storage Error Alerts

Learn what to do when you receive a camera storage alert

Camera storage alerts notify you of critical storage errors in your fleet to enable proactive management and maintenance.

Verkada cameras will automatically alert all Org Admins if a camera encounters a critical storage failure. This means the camera has failed to save new footage to the onboard storage and its historical footage may not be streamable.

If you receive this alert, contact Verkada Support as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Alert Details

• Alerts are enabled by default for all customers.

• All Org Admins will receive alerts via email if a camera encounters critical storage errors.

• Each camera will only trigger one alert per error state.

• These alerts are accessible on the Alerts page.
