Overview Verkada Mailroom is a cloud-managed mail and package management solution that helps organizations track deliveries, notify recipients, and manage inventory from a single interface. The mobile app scans shipping labels and automatically captures recipient names, carriers, tracking numbers, and other key details.
After a package is scanned, Mailroom sends notifications by email, SMS, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. When paired with security cameras, Mailroom links scans and pickups to video so you can see when items arrive and when they are collected. This adds clear context and helps prevent lost or misplaced packages.
