Verkada is announcing the upcoming end-of-sale of the AC41 Four Door Access Controller, to be replaced by the AC42 Four Door Access Controller.
Final orders for AC41 must be received by July 31, 2024.
End-of-Support date for this product will be July 31, 2034.

What does this mean?
As of July 31, 2024, we will no longer sell the AC41 Four Door Access Controller for net new installations. All existing open orders for the AC41 will be fulfilled with AC42. We will continue to provide support for the product through our 10-year warranty period.
Can customers return any AC41 that they purchased?
Customers may return AC41 within 30 days of purchase.
What happens if a AC41 under warranty needs to be replaced?
We will replace AC41 units with an AC42 unit if AC41s are no longer available.
