What does this mean?
As of August 31, 2023, we will no longer sell CM41, ACC-MNT-5, and ACC-MNT-6 SKUs. However, we will continue to provide support for the product through our 10-year warranty period.
Can customers return CM41 cameras and mounts that they purchased?
Customers can return CM41 cameras within 30 days of purchase.
What happens if a CM41 under warranty needs to be replaced?
We will replace RMA units with a CM41, if available. Otherwise, we will replace them with a CM42.
