The Verkada BK22 Alarm Keypad is a multifunctional device used to arm or disarm partitions with a keycode, view device statuses, and wirelessly connect intrusion sensors.
You can also use existing alarm wiring to connect keypads to the BP52 alarm panel. This has the advantage of saving you time and money on installation by reusing existing cabling.
Requirements
The BK22 must be mounted horizontally (landscape orientation).
The table below outlines the connectivity requirements:

The keypad must be running the latest firmware to use the LAN-connected BK22 with the BP52. When connected to the network, keypads update automatically. Allow the update to complete fully before testing functionality.
Installation (RS485)
Attach a 4 conductor wire to the BK22 (located in the back) to +,-,1A,1B.
Note: Be mindful of the colors, as they must match the other side of the panel.
Connect the other end of the cable to the BP52.
Add the BK22 serial number or order number to Command.
Verify the BK22 is powered on and online in Command. When the panel detects the keypad, click Confirm to establish the connection.
Installation (PoE)
Attach a PoE cable to the back of the BK-22. To enable the BK22 to also see sensor partitions, the BP52 and BK22 must be on the same local network. If video monitoring is only used, the device will just need access to the internet as a BP52 is not required for Camera only partitions.
Add the BK22 serial number or order number to Command.
Verify the BK22 is powered on and online in Command. For LAN based keypads, you should see 2 events
