Auror is a retail crime intelligence platform that empowers retailers to report, solve, and prevent crimes like theft and fraud. By integrating with Verkada Command, users can seamlessly export video archives to Auror, providing visual context to incidents. With Command’s AI-powered search tools, relevant footage can be quickly identified and added as evidence to an Auror event.
Configure the Auror integration
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Admin
.In the left navigation, select Org Settings
> Verkada API.Under Integrations, click Add Integration.
Select Auror.
Set the Auror Location and enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Subscription Key and click Connect.
Command will perform an authentication check to verify that the credentials entered are valid. Click Got it once the setup is complete.
Export archives to Auror
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Cameras
.In the left navigation, select Archives
.Hover over an archive and click
.Select Upload to Auror.
Enter the Auror Event ID to associate to the archive.
Click Upload.
You will receive an email notifying you once the footage is available in Auror after a successful export. You will also be notified if the export is unsuccessful.
View an archive in Auror
Log in to your Auror account.
Open the incident associated with the archive.
Select Evidence Locker to access the archive.
