Admins can choose what type of notifications users in their organization will receive when they have a package to pick up. Currently, email, SMS, Slack, and MS Teams notifications are supported.
From the Mailroom home page select the settings gear in the top left-hand corner
Select Notifications and select the checkbox next to the desired notifications

Once an admin enables notifications, users can also customize what type of notifications they would like to receive at my.verkada.com.
Navigate to my.verkada.com
Enter your email address to receive a login link
From the email, select Go to my.verkada.com
Select the menu icon in the top right-hand corner
Select Edit Profile
Under I prefer to be contacted via... select the desired contact methods
Once a package is delivered users will be notified via their desired contact methods. And will be able to mark the package as picked up.
