Verkada Mailroom enables your organization to quickly and securely manage packages that are delivered. Mailroom can also leverage camera feeds to allow you to see when a package was delivered, scanned, or picked up.

Sites are the logical way of grouping and managing devices within your Command organization. Site-level permissions make managing and viewing your devices easier. See Mailroom Sites for more information on site creation and management.

You can edit Mailroom settings at the organization level or site level. You can add pickup locations, add context cameras, manage multiple languages, etc, to make your Mailroom pickup experience easier. See Mailroom Settings for more information.

Verkada Mailroom allows you to use your existing phone or tablet without the need to purchase any additional devices. Download the Mailroom app from the App Store or the Google Play store.

Every Mailroom site you manage in Command will need a license. Verkada licensing is applied for each Command organization, and the licenses co-term to a single expiration date. For more information on adding and managing licenses, see Manage Your Licenses.

Verkada Mailroom is designed to be plug-and-play. However, if your environment includes a firewall, you may need to make some configuration changes to get your Mailroom devices online. For more information on Mailroom network settings, see Mailroom Network Settings.
