Verkada Mailroom helps you manage and control the flow of deliveries across all of their facilities so that inventory, supplies, and deliveries get to the right people at the right time. Each Verkada Mailroom site has its own customizable dashboard.
Switch between your Mailroom sites
To switch between your different Mailroom sites, at the top left corner, click the dropdown and select a site.
Search for packages
Mailroom Admins can search for packages by recipient name, location, carrier, or arrival/pickup. You can also switch between packages that are waiting or have already been picked up.
Add context cameras to a Mailroom site
You can add up to 4 context cameras to a Mailroom site. It can be helpful to link cameras that cover areas ,such as loading docks, lobbies, package rooms, etc.
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Mailroom.
On the left navigation, click the Settings (gear) icon.
At the top, click Sites.
Scroll down to Context Cameras > Manage cameras.
Select up to 4 cameras that will appear at the top of the Mailroom site page. To clear the selected cameras (or existing cameras), click Clear.
