Alarm Reports

Alarms reports allow you to easily gather Alarms Events and Alarms Device Reports.

The Alarms Reports Page on Command allows Alarms Site Admins and Site Viewers to generate Events and/or Device reports for Alarm Site(s) in your Organization as CSV files.

Events Report

Event reports include detailed events of all Verkada devices that have occurred across your organization. You are able to filter this report by:

  • Time

  • Alarm Site(s)

  • Event Types

Event Types can be filtered by:

  • Wired/Wireless Sensor Triggers

  • Alarms Devices Online/Offline Events

  • Arm/Disarm

  • Alarm Raised/Resolved

  • Person Detected Events on a Camera

  • Access Control Events

  • Etc.

Device Reports

This report provides a quick snapshot of the last trigger event that occurred within an Alarm Site. This type of report is very useful at the completion of your initial Alarms install or to be run after recurring system tests to ensure the valid operation of your Alarms System.

  • Device Type

  • Device Name

  • Device Serial

  • Online Status

  • Last Known Event (timestamped)

Users can quickly generate a Device Report from the Alarms Devices tab of each individual Alarm Site through the Download Report Button.

Viewing and Creating Reports

  1. Select Alarms from the All Products menu in the top left-hand corner

  2. Select Alarms Reports on the left-hand menu bar

  3. Select between Events or Devices at the top of the page

  4. Click Export on the top right

Example Event Report Filtered by:

Time: Last Month

Alarm Sites: Austin-Verkada-5 and London-Verkada-2

Event Type: Person Detected
