From the Control Login tab, organizational administrators can change certain settings on user accounts such as resending the invite email or having a password reset email sent to a user.

Configuration Steps

  1. Select the Admin page from the left-hand menu

  2. Select Org Settings

  3. Select Users

  4. Filter for selecting the desired user

  5. Select User Actions

  6. Select Control Login

  7. Perform the desired action for the user account
