Learn how to manage your notification alerts where you have access

The Alerts page allows Site Admins to easily view all notifications sent from any camera where admin access is granted, identify important events within their sites, and quickly find relevant footage. Site Admins can then filter these notifications by date, notification type, camera name, or site.

Motion and crowd events are seen for cameras that have motion events or crowd notifications enabled.

Find events


If you are a Site Admin, on the Alerts page (bottom left), click the Alerts icon (bell) to access notifications.

This page has more information about notifications, including date and time, notification type, camera, site, and camera location. When you click a notification, it plays the historical footage of the event.

Historical footage and thumbnails are only accessible for the duration of the camera's retention.

Filter notifications

Here's an example of how to navigate to the Alerts > Device Events page, where you can apply a filter to find a specific notification.
