Create external contacts to easily share events, incidents, and tickets with people outside of your organization.
Configuration
In Verkada Command, go to
All Products > Admin 
.Under Admin > Users & Permissions, click Contacts.
In the top right, click Add.
Configure the contact information.
Click Save.
