Configure External Contacts

Create external contacts to easily share events, incidents, and tickets with people outside of your organization.

Configuration

  1. In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Admin .

  2. Under Admin > Users & Permissions, click Contacts.

    1. In the top right, click Add.

    2. Configure the contact information.

    3. Click Save.
