The healthcare portal in Guest helps facilitate patient and department visitors. On this page, Guest users can review visitors and patients across sites.
You need to be at least a Workplace Site Viewer for a Guest site with departments in order to view the healthcare portal.
Navigate the healthcare portal
You need to log in to Command before you can access the Guest healthcare portal.
From the healthcare portal, Guest users can sign in, review detailed logs of patient and department visitors, and look at patients. Guest users can jump between sites and checkpoints from the location menu:
Connect a tablet
Guest users must connect to a tablet from the healthcare portal to sign in visitors.
You need to add the tablet to the site before you can connect it to the healthcare portal.
Navigate to healthcare portal.
In the top right, click on the tablet button
Choose the desired tablet.
Only one Guest user may connect to a tablet at a time.
Signing-in Visitors
Guest users can initiate the sign-in process by clicking New guest in the top right.
Guest users can also initiate a sign-in process for minors that skips the ID scan and doesn't require contact information. To sign-in a minor:

Search
Guest users can use the search bar to find the following types of people on a single site:
current visitors
previous visitors
current patients
Visitors can be searched by name. Patients may be searched by name or room number.
Review a patient profile
Current patients have a profile in the healthcare portal where their location, number of current visitors, and list of all visitors are reported.
Patient-specific approved and denied visitor lists may be maintained in the patient profile.
