Create Contacts and Manage Access

Learn how to create contacts to share historical footage and live feeds

Creating contacts is a great way to save time when sharing video feeds with users on a consistent basis.

Create a new contact

In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Admin.

Under Org Settings, select Contacts.

At the bottom, click Add Another Contact.

On Add Contact:

a. Enter the person’s contact details. For international users’ phone numbers, click the flag (next to Phone) dropdown to change the country code. b. Click Save.

You can do this for each contact you want to add. The contacts then appear when you share video clips.

Find the contact you want to manage.

At the far right of the contact’s name, click the kebab (3 vertical dots) icon and select Manage Access.
