The Guest tablet allows guests to easily check in by selecting a Guest type.
Download the Guest app
Download the Verkada Guest app on an iPad running iOS 14 or newer.
Once installed, the Guest app displays a 6-character code. Save this code to add the tablet to Verkada Command.
Add your first Guest tablet
From a new site
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Guest
.Click Connect your tablet.
Enter the 6-character code from the tablet and click add this iPad.
You will be redirected to the Guest dashboard. On the left navigation, click Guest Settings > Sites > Tablets to view your tablet.
From an existing site
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Guest
.On the left navigation, click Guest Settings
.At the top, select Sites and use the dropdown to select your site.
Under Tablets > Add Tablet, enter the 6-character code from the tablet and click add this iPad.
The tablet will display on the site settings page.
