Create a document for a specific site

  1. In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Guest .

  2. On the left navigation, click Guest Settings .

  3. Under Organization > Documents click Manage Documents.

  4. In the top right, click Add Document.

    1. Select Add Global Document to create a Guest type for all sites.

    2. Select Add Site Document and select a site to create a guest type for an individual site.

  5. Select the type of document you want to create.

    1. Enter a unique name.

    2. Click Save and Continue.

    3. Customize the document as needed.

Note: If you support multiple languages and see an exclamation mark next to a document, this means it has not been translated. See Manage Multiple Languages for Guest for more information.
