Updated over a week ago

The Door Access Reports page in Verkada Command allows you to:

  • Get a quick overview of access levels and access groups assigned to all doors in your organization.

  • Customize the report to filter for specific sites or doors.

  • Export a report including all users with access to selected doors as a comma-separated value (CSV) file for further analysis or record-keeping.

View and filter door access reports

  1. In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Access.

  2. On the left navigation, click Reports.

  3. At the top of Reports, click Doors Access.

  4. On the Door Access tab, you can see a list of all doors in your organization, with a list of access groups and access levels assigned to each door. You can also filter this report for specific sites or doors.

Export door access report

  1. In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Access.

  2. On the left navigation, click Reports.

  3. At the top of Reports, click Doors Access.

  4. At the top right, click Export. This pulls information on all users with access to the doors in your report, places it into a .csv file, and sends an email with this file to the email address for the account you are logged in with.

Note: The exported .csv is emailed to the email address for the account you are logged in with (for your organization), where the link is only valid for one (1) hour.

  5. Download the .csv file and extract the required door access information.

Note: Suspended users or users who have a future access start date are not included in the door access report.
