When installing or troubleshooting an AC62 it may be necessary to find the serial number or the MAC address of the controller.

The serial number and MAC address can be found on a sticker inside of the access controller's case. Open the door on the front of the AC62 and look for the sticker on the bottom left, directly on top of the power input.
