Create a Mailroom site to manage packages delivered to your organization

Create your first Mailroom site

In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Workplace > Mailroom.

Click Activate your 60-day trial.

Under Create a site:

a. Enter the site address. b. Enter the site name. c. Click Create.

Alternatively, under Existing customers, select a site to import an existing Verkada site.

a. Enter the site address. b. Click Create.


Designate an existing site as a Mailroom site

In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Workplace > Mailroom.

In the left navigation, select Mailroom Settings .

Under Organization > Sites, click Import a Verkada site.

a. Select a site to import. b. Enter a site address. c. Click Done.


Remove a Mailroom site

In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Workplace > Mailroom.

In the left navigation, select Mailroom Settings .

Under Organization > Remove Site.

a. Click Remove. b. Click Remove again to confirm.
