The MT81 is a cloud-managed, streamlined solution with a standard configuration that works across the United States. Some customers may have specialized needs based on security requirements, budget, or weather conditions. We support our ecosystem of Verkada partners in providing tailored solutions for these situations.

Trailer management in Verkada Command is exclusively available to the MT series.

Contact Verkada Support and provide your MT81 serial number along with photos of the damaged component. Warranty claims are processed through Verkada Support, while non-warranty parts can be purchased from Wanco.

The MT81 includes a 5-year parts-only warranty. Claims are managed by Verkada Support and fulfilled by the trailer manufacturer, subject to their lead times. The warranty does not cover servicing or field installation through the Verkada partner network.

Trailer servicing and warranty field installation is handled through the Verkada partner network.

Yes, but doing so will affect your trailer’s battery life and uptime. You may also need to modify the mounting arms to support third-party devices. Keep these factors in mind when making purchasing decisions.

We warranty the battery for 5 years.

Trailers do not ship with cameras installed. Installation will need to be completed by you or your Verkada partner.

Trailers will be delivered via a flatbed truck, and customers/partners will need to provide a forklift to unload it.

Yes, trailers can be returned. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping via LTL. Returns over $250K require approval, and misuse of this policy is subject to review.

MT81 trials are not offered at this time.
