Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile are the three gateway carrier options for customers in the United States. You can switch between these carriers if you use the Verkada SIM in the United States.
Choose your preferred carrier
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Gateways
.
Select the gateway you want to configure.
In the top right, click Settings
.
Under Network > Preferred Carrier, select your preferred carrier from the dropdown menu.
Note: The gateway will connect to Verizon automatically if a preferred carrier is not selected.
Click Apply, then Confirm to save.
Note: A gateway will go offline when it attempts to switch between profiles. Downtime may be up to 15 minutes.
