Delete a sensor from Command
When you delete an air quality sensor from Verkada Command, you erase all of its data and reset it to factory default settings. This is a good way to reset the sensor and start over, move it to a different organization, or remove it, if no longer needed.
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Air Quality.
Select the sensor you want to delete.
On the sensor's page, at the top right, click the Settings (gear) icon.
On Edit Settings, go to Device.
At the right, click Delete.
Complete the validation prompt for the selected device and click Apply.
Delete a sensor from the mobile app
In your Command app, go to Air Quality Sensors.
Select and tap the sensor you want to delete.
Tap Sensor Settings > Delete Sensor.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
Bulk delete sensors from Command
In Command, go to All Products > Devices.
Filter for device type: Air Quality.
Check the box next to the sensors you want to delete.
Alternatively, at the top, click the black box (with white vertical line) to select all devices within the site or org.
At the top right, click Delete. Note: This may appear as just a trash icon if you're viewing from a mobile browser or a low-resolution monitor.
